My name is David Gibbs, and nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping people plan the perfect trip (except maybe planning my own!). A die-hard traveler and lover of the outdoors, I've been all over the US, especially throughout the magical Southwest. The Big Bend region of Texas holds a special place in my heart and I've made more than 25 trips to this wonderful area, gathering valuable information along the way about hikes, camping spots, hotels, restaurants, bars, look-out points, scenic drives, etc. Having done these trips alone, with the guys, with my family and with other families, I have a good sense of the best activities and itineraries for specific groups.
